Prehistoric Pals

Welcome to a dino-mite adventure! Craft puzzles out of dinosaur skeletons, build dinosaurs with cotton swabs, and race dinosaur eggs without cracking up—it’s a Jurassic journey of giggles, creativity, and dino-sized fun! Prehistoric Pals is an interactive preschool lesson plan that encourages children to construct knowledge through meaningful play, thoughtfully planned activities, and active exploration of the environment. While the lesson plan incorporates many different Pennsylvania Learning Standards, it focuses on the key learning areas of “Approaches to Learning through Play” and “Scientific Thinking and Technology.” Specifically, children will engage in learning activities that meet the PA Standard Areas “Learning through Experience” and “Life Science.”
